David has 13 years of experience advising public pension plans, multiemployer pension plans, and retiree health plans.
His experience includes annual actuarial valuations, experience studies, funding policy reviews, plan design studies, actuarial audits, and developing custom interactive models to project plan costs and funding levels.
His combination of technical skills and actuarial expertise help him navigate challenging client situations.
He rejoined Cheiron in December 2025 after an eight-year hiatus in which he worked at another consulting firm.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
