Cheiron offers services relating to US-based employee benefit plan arrangements covering US-based employees. Data that you voluntarily provide to us will be maintained for a 14-month period unless you send a written request for us to delete it sooner. Data automatically collected by Cheiron will be retained for a 14-month period, after which it will be automatically deleted.

  • You have the right to make a written request to our Privacy Officer to:
    • find out what personal information Cheiron.us has collected about you, or
    • receive free of charge specific pieces of any personal information collected.

    You may request your personal information at any time, but not more frequently than twice in a 12-month period. The requested information will be provided to you within 45 days, unless we inform you within that period that we need an additional 45-day period within which to respond. Written disclosures will cover up to the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request.

  • You have the right to request Cheiron to delete any personal information that has been collected about you. However, Cheiron may retain such personal information to the extent necessary:
    • for completion of the transaction for which it was collected,
    • to provide a good or service requested by you in the context of our ongoing business relationship with you,
    • to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity,

Cheiron will not deny services, lower it standards of service, charge higher prices, or seek to discriminate against you in any way solely due to the fact that you have exercised any of the foregoing rights.

Cheiron reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. By continuing to use Cheiron.us after any Privacy Policy change, you consent to all such changes and our terms of use.
