Sean has nine years of experience as a pension actuary working with multiemployer and public pension plans.
His experience includes performing annual actuarial pension valuations, reconciling census data, assets and liabilities and analyzing actuarial valuation results to determine the best funding strategies, preparing regulatory filings and annual disclosures. He also prepares benefit statements and calculates benefits, including minimum required distributions and Qualified Domestic Relation Orders.
He uses his technical skills to support client teams and ensure that each valuation cycle runs efficiently.
He joined Cheiron in July 2014.
Sean is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA and working toward becoming an Associate in the Society of Actuaries.
