Jake Libauskas has 13 years of experience advising public and multiemployer pension plans.
His experience includes evaluating funding policies, setting up rehabilitation and funding improvement plans, analyzing benefit suspensions and partitions, designing new plans, conducting experience studies, and representing plans in actuarial litigation.
