His experience includes providing legislative and regulatory guidance and actuarial consulting support for multiemployer and public sector benefit plans. He advises on legal matters involving the compliance, tax, and litigation issues of ERISA benefit plans, including retirement, welfare, and other qualified and nonqualified benefit plans. He has represented pension funds in withdrawal liability arbitrations and benefit claim litigation.
He often speaks at American Bar Association, Joint Committee on Employee Benefits conferences. He is a contributing author to the second and third editions of the ABA Employee Benefits Committee BNA treatise Employee Benefits Law and Co-Chair of the ABA Labor Section Treatise Committee.
