His experience includes forecasting employee benefit costs for budgeting, pricing the impact of plan and benefit design changes, producing OPEB valuations, calculating Incurred But Not Reported or IBNR reserves, pricing the annual premium for medical and dental plans, and detailed analyses of a plan’s claims.
He also created health reporting and analytic modules on Google Looker.
