Serena has more than two years of experience as a pension and health actuarial analyst working with public, multiemployer, and single-employer pension plans.
Her experience includes calculating benefits and QDROs, performing pension actuarial valuations, completing Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation forms and filings, and conducting pension experience studies.
She is a quick learner and a good communicator. She enjoys solving complex actuarial problems.
She joined Cheiron in January 2024.
She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
