Julie has more than 11 years of experience in data analytics and data visualization, working primarily with pension plans to identify issues and improve quality assurance.
She optimizes data processing workflows and develops custom tools for data cleaning and analysis. She is proficient in using Python and SQL to build automated solutions and efficiently manage, validate and transform large datasets. She builds data processes that will handle large datasets without sacrificing performance or requiring a change to the tool.
Her tools enhance Cheiron’s ability to deliver high-quality analysis under tight deadlines and with minimal manual intervention. She supports both technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
She performed data analysis for California pension plans including the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District Employees Retirement Plan, Merced County Employees Retirement Association, Peace Officers Research Association of California Retiree Medical Trust, Santa Monica Fire Fighters Association Benefit Trust, Santa Barbara County Employees Retirement System, San Diego City Employees Retirement System, Stanislaus County Employees Retirement Association and the Southern California Public Safety Retiree Medical Trust.
She has also performed data analysis for the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters Employee Benefit Trust, Health Professionals and Allied Employees Retiree Medical Trust, and the State of New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits.
She joined Cheiron in June 2024.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Mathematics from Rutgers University.
