Colby has two years of experience as an actuarial analyst working with public, multiemployer, and single-employer pension plans and Other Post-Employment Benefits Plans or OPEBs.
His experience includes pension and OPEB GASB actuarial valuations, benefit calculations, QDROs, and Pension Protection Act certifications of multiemployer plans.
He is a quick learner and has strong communication skills.
He joined Cheiron in September 2024.
