Alice has more than 16 years of experience working with public and multiemployer pension plans and OPEB plans.
Her experience includes developing plan funding and benefits policies, risk management, preparing and reviewing actuarial valuations, experience studies, accounting requirements, and government filings. She has also worked on numerous special studies including plan designs, purchase of service credit calculations, and cost analyses.
As a consultant she realizes that it’s essential to be responsive to clients’ needs, regardless of where she is. Because Cheiron operates as a virtual organization Alice was able to service clients remotely from a village in the French Alps where she and her family spent a summer.
She joined Cheiron in December 2008.
She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She is working toward a Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries.
