John has 16 years of experience, primarily with multiemployer and single-employer pension funds.
His experience includes performing actuarial valuations and experience studies, developing and analyzing alternative plan designs, conducting actuarial audits, calculating withdrawal liability, producing projections, developing interactive models, conducting plan mergers/spin-off and mass withdrawal and termination studies.
He is affable and easy to work with and has strong relationships with colleagues and clients. He is known for his expertise in programming Cheiron’s interactive modeling tools.
He joined Cheiron in December 2008.
He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
